  1. I can't login. It says I have had too many failed login attempts

    Exceeding the maximum number of failed login attempts the message “Your account has been suspended due to too many failed logins.” Please contact customer support to have your account status changed.
     

  2. I have forgotten my password

    To request your Username and Password please enter your email address below in our ‘Password Request’ form. The Username and password will then be sent to this email address.  Please keep these details on file for future game play.  If you do not receive your username and password please contact our customer service representatives for assistance.
     

  3. How do I change my nickname?

    Due to company policy at this time, once an account is created it cannot be changed. Please contact support if you think you have a valid reason for changing nicknames.
     

  4. How do I see how much Real Money and Play Money funds I have in my account?

    To see you poker balances simply go to the ‘Balances’ section from the 'Cashier' tab in the poker software. Your real money & play money wallets will both be displayed.
     

  5. How do I view my Hand History?

    To view your Hand History during a game click on the "history" button, located below the table.
